This is especially true in cases involving exposure to harmful chemicals. In our modern environment, there are a host of chemicals that we encounter on a daily basis, whether we know it or not. Determining whether a chemical is harmful and whether that chemical was the cause of the plaintiff\u2019s alleged injuries can be a challenge.<\/p>\n<p>The recent case of <em><a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca7.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/rssExec.pl?Submit=Display&amp;Path=Y2015\/D08-26\/C:14-3448:J:Kanne:aut:T:fnOp:N:1611213:S:0\" target=\"_blank\">C.W. ex rel. Wood v.
