Summer 1994

Kenneth Moll formed his own law firm in September 1993, concentrating on breast implant litigation, medical malpractice, and product liability. Currently, Ken represents over 200 clients in this area, and is litigating a class action case with the breast implant recipients involving a proposed global settlement of $4.75 billion. If this settlement is accepted, it would represent the largest product liability class settlement ever. Please note that Ken will be expanding his practice this fall, and will be hiring additional attorneys and staff. Alumnus are encouraged to apply.
