The Chicago law firm of Kenneth B. Moll & Associates Ltd. filed a lawsuit in Cook County Circuit Court Tuesday seeking damages for employees of Interstate Bakeries Corp. and consumers of snacks produced at the Schiller Park plant, alleging possible exposure to asbestos.
