Kenneth Moll of Kenneth B Moll & Associates told FDA news his firm is representing complaints against Bayer and its cholesterol-lowering drug Baycol worldwide after attorney Michael Witti, an attorney involved in the case in Germany, asked the firm to file the complaints on his behalf.

Chicago-based Kenneth B. Moll & Associates is representing over 2,000 clients from 12 countries. Witti was the attorney who represented victims of the Holocaust in class-action suits.
